In 2017, this kind of practice should have disappeared at least in france, maybe in Argentina it's normal? I just remind them that they're paying 68 euros of fine at every snail thrown down. Drinking pollution must less raise awareness...Then, the first time I went there was just before the change of manager. we were welcomed and advised as it should be. We have been regaled and the wine recommended by the manager was divine. very good evening, despite an already salted addition. I came back to this restaurant after the change of owner. The reception changes but in the bad sense of the term. the person in charge is quite directive and has not too much time to devote us when we arrive. come the time of the order, and there my friend wants a well cooked beef fillet! or sacrilege, I give it to you. but he is a customer and it is his right to eat meat as he wants especially when it costs him the modest sum of 42 euros the net! at the moment my friend pronounced the word well cooked, the manager had a deplorable and inappropriate reaction in customers. So my friend gave a cook-up so that the manager would like to take the order (if I...)Concerning the meat, always good, but always too expensive. When I think that for 50 euros we find gastro menus in the evening and that there for 30-40 euros we have a piece of quality meat and some potatoes. Certainly the meat is good; 30€ is the least of things! However, French meats are now found to be worked and matured much more. a good note for decor, butchery atmosphere of the 60s.

good meat but not extraordinary at the extraordinary price. quantity of meat a little just for a good eater at a really high price. After having toured the good restaurants in buenos areas for years, finally a Parisian address worthy of this Argentine meat, both in its quality and in its cooking. A very good advice staff for choosing the pieces according to your cooking preferences! A retro frame reminding you of the old palermo and san telmo neighborhoods in buenos areas, and a team, made up of gentines, extremely welcoming making you leave the place with a desire to return there very quickly.

This place has an ear mouth that I don't find so justified. Of course you have to love the meat. I eat very little, and the idea made me savory result: a capaccio without flavor of cold fries, a bone with marrow with an ounce of marrow, an overflowed and irritable staff. it had to play elbows to have a table and go for a tour (as requested) the time they prepare it (bof.) finally a super salted addition. Certainly the wine was very good but very expensive! dishes without flavor (we were 3 I could taste the dishes) and a map whose names are nice in the ear but at the finish the portions are riquis. Not serious as a kitchen service. I mean, it wasn't worth waiting.
