The menu included salad and pita bread with the kebab... but i didn't get them and my food is late more than 1 hour.

Food tasted good but I ordered a kebab with Salad but I recieved no salad at all and also one kebab had a little bit of meat and another had a little bit of pita bread but delivery was quick and friendly. Speisekarte ansehen

The restaurant delivered to the incorrect address and then made racist accusations about having a 'black guy' in the home. The person I spoke to on the phone was rude and lacked customer service skills. However, the second person I spoke to and who delivered the food was polite and apologetic.

The restaurant delivered my order to the wrong address and then accused me of having a person of color in my home. They questioned why this person had opened the door. The person I spoke to on the phone was rude while the second person I spoke to, who delivered the order, was very polite and apologetic. Overall, there was a mix of negative and positive interactions with the staff.

Extremely disappointed with the Half Chicken I ordered. I received what is basically less than even a Quarter Chicken with bones sticking out as if someone had eaten it. When I spoke to the restaurant their service was appalling which lead to a heated conversation until a man stepped in and helped to ease the situation. I've ordered from Unique Pizza a dozen times before and never had a problem like this. I am extremely disappointed with their service and their food.
