However, by choosing a starred restaurant, I am looking for a culinary experience and an impeccable service. what I've lived in other stars. here, the kindness was there, but the quality of the service was not that of a star: a little wait between the dishes (the restaurant was full but still) the composition of the dishes is too little explicit. It was good. but not the little or big waouh we're waiting for a dish of a starred table. well cooked fish but with no special flavour, idem for vegetables, the purée house looked like closed eyes to an industrial purée.
