Another extraordinary meal. Excellent service. A very fair wine deal that made me discover wines that I did not know. And dishes! Unbelievable with perfect cooking (especially last night line bar and reddish net) At the price of the chef’s inspiration menu the val d’auge remains the best value for money I know.
