Eat in resturant every night of our 3 night stay food too good to miss. At breakfast you can double up on everything at no extra cost.

Loved everything, hard to choose courses as all sound so good. In season we had asparagus spears with a poached egg and hollandaise, simple but delicious

Deepak is an excellent Chef and all the meals are delicious. The conservatory restaurant has fabulous views. The service is excellent and the staff are lovely and professional.

Don’t waste your time. Do not answer the telephone for booking enquiries and then curtly turned away, with no attempt to accommodate or offer a seat at the bar. Five telephone attempts. Ignore the Food Served All Day signage. One to cross off the list.

We visited the restaurant across three nights as we were staying at the hotel. The food was all freshly prepared, piping hot and very generous portions. There was a really good selection on the menu and we enjoyed all of our meals. The service was excellent and the restaurant had a warm and friendly atmosphere. We recently attended an advent at the hotel. It’s a lovely venue and the staff were great. However the buffet was so sad, just like my Mum use to make in the 1970s. Unimaginative and pretty tasteless. May I suggest you get your chef to up their game. It doesn’t need to cost more just recognise that sandwiches need to include flavour buying mustard and mayonnaise.

Visited for a meal with family who had travelled 5 hours. First impressions were bar was scruffy, chairs scattered all over Girl at bar was hopeless, they didn't have basics like bottled coke, had a guineas pump but only sold cans, girl was so vague. Manager was downright rude expecting us yo order mins after leaving dirty laminated menus with us, we needed yo catch up so he told us we should have ordered within 10 mins, a real attitude ! Conservatory and decking area old and un inspiring so apart from stunning views it's not nice to be in. Table was filthy, grooves in table filled with old food. Food was OK but very overpriced for the quality, thin fries served with fish and chips, peas shr...

Had a special family celebration for our mothers 90th birthday today at the pilgrim hotel . Outstanding views of the Herefordshire countryside . While the staff seemed to try their best , we couldn’t locate the staff when we needed something . Our food arrived not enough sandwiches for our party of 12 with small appetites . And we had to ask for tea coffee which arrived after the food . The quality and standard of the selection of cakes were poor . And the room was lacking in atmosphere for a special ladies birthday . We felt quite disappointed for her and the family that had traveled from afar . Doesn’t take much to create an atmosphere and good quality food . We asked for extra sandwiches... Speisekarte ansehen
