The service staff is very unpolite and not helpful. Antipasti di mare and local antipasti were good, caprese di Buffola was certainly not mozzarella di Buffola (very hard). The pizza was the worst I have eaten in Italy so far. However the service was really the worst experience in total. We will not come again.

The staff was incredibly unfriendly and the pizza was very bad by Italian standards. However, the antipasti were delicious. Unfortunately, I can't recommend the restaurant again and don't understand how the pizza is so popular with some people. I’m surprised by all the positive reviews of that place indeed the meal is cheap, but it’s by far the worse pizza we’ve had during our trip to Italy my Marguerite was over cooked and my husband salami pizza wasn’t cooked enough tasteless cheese and tasteless sauce if you can’t properly cook a Margherita when your restaurant is only making pizza then I think it says a lot about the place Service: Dine in

Zero taste of pizza, we ordered frutti di mare pizza (squid was sour) and nothing else. Focaccia with peppers drama no spices, green peppers inside (no taste). The service is something that deserves zero stars. They don't care about the customer, they move as if they were a punishment. I'm not surprised since the boss walks among the guests with a cigarette in his mouth and, beware, he pushes people towards poor quality tiramisu. Only large families with children come there because the pizza is cheap, but what about the atmosphere and taste? You won't find that here. There are many more interesting flavors than pizza in this place.

I feel like the negative comments about pizza come from people who would like to put ketchup on it. The pizza was great, made of fresh ingredients and the crust-tomatoes-cheese ratio was just right, with a fair amount of extra ingredients but not enough to overshadow other flavours. The dough tastes different that any other I tried in Tropea, but surely in a good way. I only went in there because it was full of locals 5 minutes after it opened and I do not regret, totally worth it.
