A disaster. My son's meal did not turn up which we ordered as a takeaway. I called the restaurant and they said they would deal with it. Never did, did not receive the meal and the restaurant did not answer my calls. I will not order again at this restaurant. Been to Venezia tonight, the food was absolutely gorgeous, garlic bread half tomatoes half plain, crisp bottom and stunning flavours, lasagne best ever, huge portion (took half home), prawn spaghetti friend said equally excellent, a lemoncello to finish served by the lovely smiley polite Chloé, will 100% be back, Thankyou xxx Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I absolutely love, love, love this restaurant. I have been coming here over the last 25 years. It has changed hands over this time, and the current new owner has renovated the property, changed the menu, and has kept the atmosphere and service first class. My sister was over from Australia, so we booked early and had a great evening as a family together. Thank you so much. We'll be back soon. Service: Dine in

Ordered two takeaway calzone, service was okay and fairly quick from order to receiving food. However on opening the boxed calzone ordered with salad I saw what can only be described as a sad folded bit of dough sat in a large puddle of water, the sauce within the calzone was also bland and watery and for 20 quid without even sitting in I would expect more. As I did not eat in i cannot comment on the atmosphere but the staff were okay Service: Take out
