"I went for lunch yesterday at this restaurant. It was not my first time there and it certainly won't be my last. The staff is lovely, very polite, and attentive. We tried the lunchtime special which was £14 for three courses. It was an absolute delight! The meatball starter was delicious, the potato skins and pasta were generous portions, and the pizza was delicious and plentiful (we even took some home). If you want to have a fantastic meal, this is the place to go. They also have a beautiful outdoor seating area for the summer. I can't wait for the sunshine!"

Having just arrived in hexham after a long drive from Pompey, Italian was on my list so popped in on the off chance and was made welcome. Very good food, drink and service.

Outstanding meal last night. My pasta had huge prawns in it plenty of them . My partner says it the best lasagna he’s ever had. Excellent service too. The staff work very hard are very nice friendly.

Bottomless brunch was chaotic, Service was poor as didn't seem like enough staff to fulfil the drinks orders. Would of been better if customers could go to bar ask for a drink themselves when they were ready

Visited with my Mum on a Wednesday Evening for happy hour. Lovely place,nice atmosphere,quite busy for a week day Evening too. Food was lovely,staff very good,polite and friendly but not too much in your face. Good value for money also 3 courses for £14.

The food was excellent as always. My only complaint is that the waitresses were constantly tending to a large table of ten, asking if they wanted more drinks, etc. As a couple, we felt a bit neglected since no one offered us this service. As a result, we didn't order any extra drinks or desserts and had to ask for the bill ourselves.

beautiful place, with really nice staff and great service. has a separate vegan menu that is a little limited, it is usually pizza or quite basic pasta dishes, but for an Italian place, also with a separate vegan menu is great. I had the rigatoni that came with a tomato and olive sauce and was beautiful. there is a vegan dessert of ice vanilla, chocolate or strawberry.

After going 18 months without leaving a review on Tripadvisor, I finally felt compelled to share my experience at Vercelli. We decided to try their Thursday Early Bird menu, which offered 3 courses for only £14 - a fantastic deal! The portions were generous and the food quality was excellent. We were also impressed by the outstanding customer service provided by Megan. This is definitely going to be a regular spot for us from now on.
