Best Wimpy in the UK, and I've been to almost all of them, I really like the recent makeover of the decor also Food Superb and Service is exceptional Very highly recommended

Didn’t eat myself today (but have done many times, previously). Manager and staff are very nice and place is kept spotless. Two colleagues had a Half pounder and a Wimpy King Size each, with chips, whilst I had a diet cola.

I have never had a bad meal, whether dining in or getting takeout from this restaurant. The place is always clean and tidy, and all the staff are very friendly. The Vegan Burger with chips and a diet cola was excellent, and my colleague's Quarter Pounder with cheese and bacon looked delicious. It was a pleasant spot for an early lunch stop.

My colleague and I had an excellent meal at this restaurant on our way back from Central London. The place is always clean and the staff are very friendly. We passed the time chatting about pop culture while waiting for our food and deciding which film to watch later - Florentine Lahme, Ana De Armas, or Sylvia Hoeks? The service was quick and my Fish Finger burger was delicious, as were the chips. My colleague enjoyed their Smokey BBQ burger with onion rings and coleslaw as well. This Wimpy is great. There’s another one near me and the food was awful, it made me think that was a reflection on the chain itself but this location had a good reputation so I gave it a go today and had a really good experience. The decor’s awesome, really clean retro look and the food items include things not available in other burger chains like Sweet Potato Chips, Mozzarella Melts, Herbal Teas etc. They offer table service too. My cheeseburger was nice, it’s not quite the level of Five Guys but that’s a different type of experience and there will be times I’d be more in the mood to come here instead. My wife and I having come back from Manchester on the train went into this cafe/diner for a quick coffee and use of their facilities before getting our Uber home. I always loved Wimpy before Macdonalds was ever thought of, and we always used to take the kids in one during the eighties . I was so surprised when we went in just how really the culture is unchanged. The staff were welcoming and the place was spotlessly clean, I couldn’t help having a couple of burgers and fries, and best of all a strawberry milkshake!!! After being rudely awoken at around 6.38 am, by a courier at my front door, within the ensuing minutes thereafter, I had finally ‘got the message’/received a razor....and a copy of a certain EL James ‘novel’.....in the aforementioned package. Post shave, I felt ravenous! WIMPY! I thought and also how I felt I looked without my manly stubble! Morden Wimpy is always consistently good for its food. the place is always clean and tidy; the owner and staff are very nice and fastidious. Service is always very good.
