Called in st lunch and service was slow, meal wring and very pricey for what it was. I wouldn't call here again

Called in around lunchtime jacket potatoes all gone so picked a turkey sandwich very nice indeed but got the order wrong and quite slow but was ok

lovely sandwiches, large scone with cream and jam and lovely little cakes, tea and coffee. We were given a cardboard box to take home cakes which we couldn't manage to eat! Speisekarte ansehen

The staff is friendly and the service is efficient. Typically, the fish and chips stand out as the best dish on the menu, but I must say that the Hunters Chicken was surprisingly good during my last visit.

We visited here on a Tuesday lunchtime/mid afternoon. I thought it was very quiet and we received good service. The food was perfectly ok, if not that fancy. As usual with these places it's quiet pricey! As garden centres go its fairly standard and pet friendly

The restaurant had long waiting times due to disorganized staff handling a slow-moving line. The prices were high with the coffee being mostly froth, the hot chocolate overwhelmingly sweet, the plain scone small and expensive, and the coffee cake obviously store-bought. Speisekarte ansehen

Popped in for morning coffee and a stroll around. Had a latte peppermint tea carrot cake and a scone . As always where ever you go a short wait (it’s the coffee that takes the time as you know carrot much better than m&s and the scone also better and slight larger.that said it was over 10% dearer than m&s. Tables kept clean but it was only third full .

I typically don't leave negative reviews, but I highly recommend avoiding this place. I waited around 15 minutes for a latte, with a long line forming behind me. The cookie I had was tasty, but the coffee was too hot and not great quality. The garden center has been sold to a new company, and it seems like they're no longer putting in much effort. The staff were trying their best, but there seemed to be confusion due to a recent change in the till layout. Overall, I won't be returning to this establishment.

So disappointing yet again. Primarily come to use soft play and coffee..as nice selection of cakes etc... But, every time I queue for about 20 mins and give up on coffee and just pay for soft play and go. Staff are so slow and bored looking..with no enthusiasm or care it seems. To queue just to do soft play is painful...need another way to do this as adults get impatient in queue never mind children. Could be so much better for what else is there...but it's such a let down and although fresh baking is so tempting, I can't bear to wait... Please make changes... Speisekarte ansehen
