This was the worst takeaway we have ever had the food was disgusting we picked it up. When we opened it we threw it in the bin straight away. Please don’t go here

The food was delicious. Ahmed, the man at the register, was very kind and accommodating. I would definitely order from this place again and highly recommend it to my friends and family.

This restaurant is highly unprofessional and engages in fraudulent practices. After ordering food for takeaway online, we never received our order and the restaurant refused to refund us. We are now pursuing legal action in small claims court. Do not waste your money here as this establishment is extremely unprofessional. Speisekarte ansehen

After seeing so many incredibly bad reviews on this takeaway service I thought I would give them a chance. They took my money and after waiting many hours for the food to appear no delivery arrived at all. I could not get hold of the restaurant and the calls were sent to voicemail. Do not use. I believe this may be fraudulent

My food was supposed to arrive at 6:35pm, but after waiting for an hour past the delivery time, I had to order from another restaurant. Four hours later, around 10:30pm, the delivery guy finally arrived with my food. This was the worst food delivery experience I have ever had. I want to warn as many people as possible about how bad this place is.

We have ordered from Xiong Mao many times over the years and it 's steadily got worse. We 've waited ages in the past for a delivery, whenever we call they will say 'the food is on the way ' then another hour will go by. Last night we stupidly gave them another chance. We ordered at 7.45pm and the food didn 't arrive until 10.30pm. We waited over two hours and a completely wrong order was delivered! The food was awful, cold and sloppy. I am local right round the corner from this shop and I was recently commanded by my company to go and do an inspection check on the leaks and lights. I came across so much dirt and wet puddles as I entered the basement. Just when I thought things couldn’t get any worse I came across family of mice not even mice.. Big RATS! where the food was kept. In my eyes never in a million years would I have thought this is where I had been eating from all these years! Thank God I now know and i also never ever thought I’d write a review but for the sake of my own health and people’s health. Now I know too!

Ok. I made my order yesterday on ubereats. I order some stir fried noodles that honestly were great. Spicy enough, great taste, abundant. The thing is that the time it was supposed to be here was not here. There was no tracking system on ubereats and the only over option to contact the restaurant was to call them. Fine. Call them 4 times, voicemail. I checked on tripadvisor. Very bad reviews about delivery, damn. So after one hour delay i tried to ask for refund but it was almost impossibile becuase it was still on preparation. Every review says the same across all different review sites – this is 100% a total scam taking people 's money and not sending orders out. Literally the worst service I have ever received from any takeaway in London. Ordered direct via their website and after an hour I called to make sure my order had been received. I was asked for my order number and postcode and told yes it had and the driver was on the way. We live 5 minutes away from them, so when it didn 't arrive in 10 minutes I called again and was told the same.
