"Had the best service yesterday from start to finish! Lovely young lady found us a table in the busy restaurant even though we hadnt booked, was polite and helpful telling us about the best deals and when I had to rush off to an emergency before being able to eat, she was helpful to the rest of my family and made me feel very welcome on return! Nothing seemed to be too much trouble and her good service was very much appreciated by all, making our experience an excellent one! Thank you and sorry I didn't catch your name."

One of the best caverys ever plate was put on tray so you didnt have to worry about carrying hot plate with serviete food was delicious and staff friendly

I took the micky, because I'm coming home, I tell everyone that the bark melts in your mouth, so I told you now. the truth is my wife and I come a lot to paignton and every time we come, we have at least one meal here and when we bring friends, we take them there! it is really one of the best places we have eaten

had a meal tonight with 6 friends in the ye olde smokey house for the first time and was very impressed by the friendly staff and waitresses and eating was amazing that it had a caries tonight. eating is reasonable and a great atmosphere, the waitress who served us deserves a wage rise as she was very helpful and friendly and beautiful. highly recommended if they enjoy good food and a good atmosphere and good staff!
