First time ordering tonight and WOW absolutely beautiful! Arrived fresh and hot! We ordered the Salt and pepper munchy box and egg fried rice to share between 2 and it defeated us

Really happy with my order, I was excited to try here as they do mock meat and also tofu and I wasn’t disappointed. It’s been over a year since I’ve had a decent Chinese since moving to the area and today was finally the day I got a good Chinese and I’ve tried many! I will definitely be back! Quite hit or miss, the hits hit really nicely, but some staples are surprising missed. My usual order is a Singapore vermicelli with wonton soup, and both of these items are perfect every single time! However last time I went I got the salt and pepper squid and it was hard and overdone, barely any squid. In the same order I got salt and pepper chicken wings, which were great! Their udon is lovely and they do well with any special requests! Depending on your order, it could be amazing or a bit disappointing. Portion sizes are always great, and staff are always lovely.

Ordered a curry and some chicken wings at 6.50pm and after 4 phone calls, 3 false promises (amongst some other lies) and a 2 hour and 50 minute wait, the food finally arrived. Couldn 't get a refund after 90 mins of waiting as the food was marked down as being prepared . I appreciate that places get busy but the order was tiny and they are a 5 minute drive away. I 'm not angry...just disappointed. No complaints about the food but just don 't lie to me. The lies are what have lost you my business in the future. Shame really because I don 't like complaining about things normally but you 've driven me to it.

What has happened in the kitchen since the new owners took over, just a simple house special fried rice. The 1st time was after the new owners took over the rice was dark brown not the whiteish shade of the past, also had a burnt taste to the point of smothering it in soy sauce to hide it. The chicken has a slimy/sweaty texture in the mouth. Now Smaller bags of prawn crackers. Maybe they changed the oil or the new owners getting used to the pressure of cooking at speed. Decided to try them again, as they’ve had time to settle in now. Sadly still the same brown rice with a burnt taste to the rice needing more soy sauce to hide the taste.
