Zelas Food and Wine

Spent 73 pounds and leave hungry. London rip off. Missing the real deal. Quality is good though. Good place to go when you are not really hungry.

Great little local deli with extremely knowledgeable owner. Great toasties and crepes for lunch and take a bottle away with you after trying it there.

This place has a lot of charm and has live music. It would benefit from better customer relation. Perhaps, the owner could make an effort to greet customers and make them feel a little more welcome.

We were the only ones in this restaurant/wine shop early one evening recently so we are unable to say what sort of atmosphere it is like when it is busy. However the gluten-free pizza we shared was delicious!

I love this place. The gluten free crepes are delicious and very healthy. The selection of tea and wine is also outstanding. The only downside is it tends to be a bit cold in there but the food is so good that I keep going back!

A friend and I visited Zelas on a Thursday evening for a pizza crepe (yes it’s a thing! and some wine. We were surprised that the restaurant was so quiet as it has a lovely warm ambiance and the pizza crepe was delicious and very reasonably priced. Zelas is definitelyworth visiting if you’re a Highgate local or passing by one day don’t let the empty tables put you off, it really is a little gem!

Great place, easily passed by on the Archway Road (just South of Highgate Tube). Formerly an up market wine merchant, now making gluten free pizza, salads etc. All completely delicious and you are surrounded by the best selection of wine and beer I've seen in a long time! Slightly chaotic service but this is due to the fact that everything is made to order. More than happy to have this than pre-prepared food! Highly recommended!

I had an hour to kill so went in for a snack and some wine tasting. The place is compact but well equipped with bar, dining area, decent wine selection and basement function room. I was provided with a good splash of a selection of wines, Tapas and some very tasty mushroom pasta. Very pleasant and enjoyable way to spend time while waiting for my wife to finish what she was doing on a Saturday afternoon. Will definitely visit again.

Serious Italian pasta dishes include wild boar tortelloni, and they have bone broth. All prepared in minutes at the counter in front of you. A great little café with an impressive wine list. And they have fabulous music nights in the intimate cellar setting downstairs
