"I tried this place few times by now, with at least a month or two break in between. I hesitate to leave feedback after my first or second visit as I truly believe this restaurant had a bad day. Unfortunately, this restaurant has bad days every day. I ordered food for take away, and waited for 40mins this time round (on previous occasions I had to wait long too). Although I liked the food, most of it is very greasy. The owner HAS TO invest in waiting staff as one of the current waitresses has no idea what she is doing. She is a lovely lady but simply not a good waitress. We had to write our own order on a paper. The food is overpriced for what they serve. Unfortunately, although I was a returning customer, and was very understanding of running issues, I won’t be returning again. Very sad to see how this place continues to decline in every aspect."

Some food was good- the spicy aubergine hotpot was excellent, very tasty. But the dim sum that we tried were poor.

I went with a few people. The food was bland, portions ok compared to previous occasions a couple of years ago where food was very tasty possibly different owner/chef? and the service was slow.

Deceiving when they state so many items but all same tasting. For a vegan place their selection of actual vegetables is not there, service is at best average, food is terribly and flavourless, and very expensive for what it is

My husband and I love to come here! It is our favourite vegan Asian food restaurant. We live as bit away, but we make the trip every so often just to get our comfort food. I always have the Sweet and Sour Chikn with the Spring Onion Rice, and it hits the spot every time. Even reheating for leftovers the next day, it's still just as good!! Speisekarte ansehen

Good food, service needs improvement. You are expected to write down your own order, food comes at different times, they forgot our pancakes for the duck and offered to bring it at the end of the meal despite asking several times for it, our £15 duck dish went to waste needless to say. To top it off, mandatory service charges and charges for take away boxes really left a bitter taste after what was otherwise an acceptable meal. I'd advise just going and getting appetisers and go get mains elsewhere

I cannot express how amazing this meal was. Not only was the atmosphere definitely Zen, the staff were so kind and thoughtful. This was even before the food. This is, and I mean this wholeheartedly, the best vegan meal I have ever had out. The dishes were hot, on time and absolutely delicious. The level of care and thought that went into making every dish seem as authentically like its non-vegan counterpart was remarkable. This made my partner's birthday, we are from several counties over and will be making the trip back for this place alone. You have to go to this! Thank you so much Zen Buddha!
