"I visited this restaurant with some friends on New Year's Eve. We had made a reservation and were seated promptly, despite the busy atmosphere. However, we waited over 20 minutes for someone to take our order. I had to approach a waitress to finally be attended to. We placed our food and drink orders all at once, but waited an additional 30 minutes for our drinks. After seeing another table who arrived after us receive their drinks before us, a friend complained and our drinks arrived shortly after. By this point, we had waited over 50 minutes just for a drink since being seated. The food arrived around 20 minutes later and was delicious, so no complaints there. I understand that the staff were overwhelmed that night, but it was still poor customer service. It seemed like they were more concerned with seating as many people as possible rather than attending to those already in the restaurant. In conclusion, I do not recommend visiting this restaurant on a busy night as the service may be disappointing."

absolutely shocking. why could we book and even receive confirmation when the site was closed for the renovation? we got up and it was closed. the need to improve the great time.

if the restaurant is closed, why can you book a table. I booked a table for 7 o'clock on Sunday. I have an email that the booking was accepted. but when I arrived, the place was closed. fail.

very busy at night, but service was very slow, appetizers came immediately, but then had to wait 30 minutes to come up after the plates, and when it came, it was cold and they offered to put it in the often for me, which is better than nothing I think was eating average. then had to wait 20 minutes to pay my bill, also have only 2 single toilets and you didn't work. We took our friends out for a dinner. Good location, fantastic view creates a great athmosphere. During summer time outside seating also available. Service staff is well groomed, attentive and always polite with a great smile. The only downside some of the menu items were not available which is shame however I cannot fault the quality of food . Overall great experience and would recommend this restaurant

On the evening of Saturday, February 21, 2015, I arrived at the restaurant with my husband and son to celebrate my birthday. Unfortunately, we were informed by the staff that the restaurant had to close due to an incident. They mentioned that they were trying to reach out to me, but I did not receive any missed calls on my phone. I would have preferred a text message, email, or voicemail to keep me informed.
