Zizzi Haywards Heath

Nice quiet lunch with friends. Lovely sunny position. Good value for money.

The Haywards Heath Zizzi occupies the site on an old converted church and this setting really creates a great ambiance.

All went smoothly this time in HH Zizzis food was good, service also good, it was a bit noisy but it was a Saturday night near Christmas so... We'll go again for sure! Speisekarte ansehen

Zizzi’s was not busy on Saturday night but the service was slightly erratic. The fridge had broken so no cold drinks and the coffee grinder had also broken so no ground coffee only instant. The food however was very good.

this is a good choice if they want to eat with omni, but a choice. because zizzi have a whole vegan menu, it is nice that they get the choice, they are also good to change it and do new desserts and dinge. I like her pizza, the vegan cheese is good

while we visited friends, we went to zizzi. I had a large vegan rustic margarita pizza with 3 extra toppings artichoke, spinach and pine nuts. the mozzarisalla cheese was creamy and tasty. I could not resist the sticky chocolate prettin cake for later. gluten-free and vegan. an American coffee served with soy milk to finish. helpful and pleasant staff, good service and wonderful food, especially if you are traveling with non veggie/vegan friends Speisekarte ansehen

Despite the negative reviews on this site, my companion and I had a pleasant experience at ZiZi's. It had been years since we last visited, but the warm welcome from the staff, including a helpful server named Charmaine, put us at ease. The food was good value for the price, although there were some discrepancies between the menu and what was actually served. Despite these minor issues, we were happy with our meal and service. Additionally, there was no automatic tip added to the bill, but we left a 10% gratuity based on the full price of our meal. Overall, our visit to ZiZi's was enjoyable and worth the trip.

I am not the biggest fan of chain restaurants, keep it independent is what I say, however have been here on a few dates, family meals and birthday bashes over the years. Not really a place of atmosphere, it can be pretty busy, food is nicely presented, but very standard. Speed of service can be very slow at times, once we waited an hour between a garlic bread starter and pizza main course and they had the nerve to add on a service charge at the end, which we point blank refused to pay. Staff attitude can vary. I probably won’t go here through choice in future, best left to group birthday bashes or celebrations.
