"Haven’t been for several years, the new restaurant design and decor is superb! The tasting menu was delicious, interesting tasty dishes beautifully presented. Unfortunately they really need to up their game with the finer details. They could have done with at least another two servers, they were running around obviously stretched. They need to be more vigilant offering water, removing used wine glasses etc. We opted for the wine pairing and the pours were not very consistent! Also when you have wine pairing, you expect a bit more description and introduction of the wines….where it’s from, what year, description and be shown the bottle…a bit of a chat about the wine adds to the enjoyment of the experience! The wines sometimes arrived half way through the course too. In summary, really good food but if they are selling the restaurant as tasting menu and wine pairings, they need to up their game and train their serving staff better."
