"Finding a restaurant in Cannes will not be a problem, the offer is plentiful. But I was looking for something different than the usual Italian (lots of good ones though) or French food. So I looked on TA and found this very small restaurant conveniently...located very near the Gambetta market and offering something I had not tried yet, Asian tapas. I will specifically stick to the term Asian because the food here is not Chinese, Vietnamese or Thai, it is all of them. The list of available tapas is long and everything seemed good, so I took the easy path and asked for a tasting menu which was composed of several types of nems, samosa, ribs and chicken. I was asked how spicy I wanted it and took the middle option which was very fine for my taste but might be a bit hot if you are not used to this kind of food. The selection of wines is good too, you can order by the glass, I was advised a red wine which suited the food perfectly. I had a mango for dessert and I have to say it was the best mango I had since in Kenya ... It was that good ! I finished the meal with a good coffee and a nice shot of rice alcohol which was kindly offered. The prices are very fair, but as always, tapas will make you want to try things and it can make your bill heavy in the end, still well worth it. As far as I am concerned, it was an excellent experience, and I have to recommend it, give it a try ! By the way, restaurants usually open at in Cannes, but at this hour, most of them are empty. If you fancy more company, I advise you to go later."
