"After days of French food during our tour of the Côte Azur, me and my boyfriend decided to try a good pizza here in Cannes. We read some review on TripAdvisor... unfortunately we just read the positive ones without even getting to a negative! Our bad! This made us full of hope and didn't prepare us to experience the worst! We got into the resto And We asked for a caraffe d'eau, a margherita(8€) And a Perugia (11€)without tomato. Of course the "director" was too involved in many other things that he didn't get the right order... To be sure he understood, after 3 min my boyfriend repeated to him that we ordered a WHITE Perugia. With an extremely arrogant smile the man replied he already made our pizza...however, after insisting that we asked for a white one and he was not playing attention, they finally brought us what we asked for! We ate our pizzas and we asked for the bill. Here the best starts! We didn't receive any bill, just a rough sum made by him... At that point, my boyfriend asked if we had to pay 19€ (8€+11€) and the other replied "24€!". My boyfriend asked how this was even possible given what we ate, and the "nice" man said it was not possible to keep a table paying less than 10€ per person! We asked where this rule was written, he didn't reply, he just kept saying arrogant and out of place things. So, following his logic our bill should have been max 20€, not 24€!Then, he even said that we had to pay for the water 5€, that's why it was 24€! But we asked for a caraffe, which is totally free. Moreover, the water he brought us was in an already opened battle evidently used and reused! He even ironically said he was expecting our bad review here on trip advisor... Here you got it!! And I am writing this because I don't want anyone to experience the same! We went there with the best attitude and just the hope to find a nice pizza outside Italy, and we just found the worst of our country there. He just ruined the good pizzas we ate and left us with a huge disappointment! Of course he didn't accept the fact he had to do our pizza again and made us pay for it finally! It was one of the worst experience in my life. I suggest this place if you just care about the food ( just pizza don't know about the rest) but really stay out of it if you don't get with arrogance, insolence and unprofessional people!!"

Extremely rude waiter, possibly the worst attitude I have experienced in a restaurant. Not sure if I should put this under the account for 'lost in translation' or ‘cultural difference' - in any case with such appalling behaviour this place is a no-go. Avoid.

My daughters like to eat Pizza and we were looking some good restaurants in the region to have some Pizza. I heard about this restaurant and we tried. My wife has tagliatelle and I had a Pizza with Burrati Cheese and Prosiutto. My daughters also had pizza. We all enjoyed our dinner. Speisekarte ansehen

We happened across this restaurant on our last night in Cannes, decided to give it a go and were not disappointed!The owner was very friendly and the pizza was excellent. We also had 2 mojitos which were very strong and very delicious!We had pizzas elsewhere for triple the price and they did not compare.Highly recommend visiting here!

My boyfriend and I have been Interrailing through Europe since July. Spending the last few weeks in Italy - Venice, Naples, Sorrento, Rome, Florence, Levanto we have definitely had our fair share of ham and mushroom pizzas...pretty much had on everyday. The one we ordered this afternoon in Gusto Italiano has been by far the best - it had that delicious pizza oven taste while not being too crispy and not too doughy. It had a plentiful quantity of toppings also.The excellent service provided at the restaurant was the cherry on top. The owner and the chef were both friendly and the restaurant had a lovely atmosphere.Will definitely be returning the next time we are in Cannes!!!
