"overall disappointed by this culinary experience in a restaurant that claims to be semi-gastronomic. has almost 60th per cover we expect to something other than paper set and towels. We waited for almost 2 hours for the dishes, which are certainly very good but very little copyy. When the staff were pointed out to the very long waiting time, the only answer returned was that we had to find them staff the chef had the audacity to ask us to thank him for adding 3 covers. It's a little the inversion of values. It's up to the customer to thank the restaurateur for bringing him extra customers, total delirium. Well, you won everything! I'm not coming back, so you won't have to complain that I'm bringing you customers."

"T/A is not a perfect system to assess restaurants, as I have often commented earlier, so even though we evaluated it as a means, it was actually better than the average, but some small things meant that it was difficult to evaluate it very well. So, for what is positive: the service was charming, courteous and helpful, no problems, very charming staff. the wine map was varied and had something for most pallets and most budgets, again no problem, so to the food, which for us was a bit mixed. My wife had the gezier salad to start and loved it, really good. I got the snail and it was as good but a little too salty (and I like salted food so it was a little too much for me!). dishes for my wife. She had the cannette that was accompanied by a good pepper sauce but the cannette was really hard enough. It's hard to say if it was the bird or the kitchen. I had the veal bone that was well cooked and very tasty. The vegetables were a little disappointing. . . canned peas and carrots, zucchini and too cooked peppers. We both had some sweets that my wife loved a lot but I found the cabbage paste rather dry and slipped and I guess it wasn't home. therefore a mixed result and an average value for a menu at 31 euros. I'd expect a little more. We'd go back... probably yes."

"We really eat well. The meals are balanced and delicious! I didn’t like this restaurant any more when I was younger, but I recently tasted it and I wasn’t disappointed. I went there with my colleagues and my brother. Soups are excellent as the dishes, I recommend it as well as the I love so much that I have never tasted the other dishes offered on the map. but I intend to taste other dishes. the staff is nice and the restaurant is nice."

"Ich bin fast 59 Jahre alt und kenne das Petit Hôtel de Chaumont seit meiner Kindheit, als ich zum Schlittenfahren nach Chaumont kam und den Sentier des Poules mit meinen Freunden hinunterfuhr. Ich war seit der Renovierung nicht mehr dort gewesen. Was für eine Veränderung! Das Ambiente, die Möbel, die Dekoration sind wunderschön. Der herzliche Empfang trotz der Covif-Düsternis. Meine Partnerin und ich haben dort eine Käsefondue mit Knoblauch und Schalotten gegessen, einfach göttlich. Die Auswahl der Käsemischung und die Hand des Küchenchefs haben dazu geführt, dass diese Fondue eine der besten ist, die in einem Restaurant weit und breit serviert wird. Ich habe eine Flasche Sauvignon von Kuntzer in St-Blaise gewählt, die nur ein wenig zu kalt für meinen Geschmack war, aber ein Wein, den man bedenkenlos wählen kann. Der hausgemachte Kuchen als Dessert ist ebenso ausgezeichnet. Vielen Dank an das Team für diesen schönen Moment, genießen Sie ein so süßes Jahresende wie möglich. Bis bald. Gilles und Christiane..."

"I'm going back to this restaurant located not far from the station. The room was redesigned carefully. It's nice. I didn't notice any air conditioning. I chose a dish (servi) and desserts (at will) for 22 euros. the map presents beer and local wines of Haute-Marne. the table is of good taste, and presents towels in fabric. the dishes of the free buffet service are of great freshness and the desserts are made home. Before the service was to be desired, but there the service is worthy of a great restaurant. attentive, attentive and professional, bravo. I really enjoyed it."

"buffet with a large Asian choice: Japanese (sushi, maki, beef brooch with cheese), Chinese ( lacquered duck, caramel chicken, ...) , Korean, Namibian vita. a grill with beef, chicken. a wok with various vegetables but also seafood: shrimp, gambas, mussel, octopus, seiche. and for the youngest also fries and nuggets are at the rendezvous. "my other half and I used the app to find this little gem and we are delighted to have done it! It's on a road but if you continue down there, there's a parking lot on the right. We went there on Monday night and there was a lot of people, so if it's a weekend, I'd recommend to book. the menu is good but you need a good understanding of French no English translation, we didn't need it. the staff was adorable but don't expect them to speak English, have fun with French, they will respect you for that! My oh had the steak coming with fries and salad (more about this later) and I had calzone and salad. excellent main dishes and good value for money too! let's go back to the salad. on your huge plate will be served your main salad and the most exotic than the man knows! Think about all the fruits and vegetables and it's in there with some random herbs, but it's amazing!! This is the best meal we have had every holiday and a reasonable price too!"
