"We had an amazing lunch with friends at this restaurant. It was a long-awaited visit for us, finally making it for my birthday lunch, and we will definitely be returning. We shared three starters: Crispy pork belly, sweet chilli prawns, and Goars cheese and beetroot bruschetta. All were delicious and homemade, including the sweet chilli sauce. For mains, we had two seabass dishes, which were some of the best I've ever had and beautifully cooked. We also ordered a ham, egg, and chips dish, as well as a chicken and chorizo flatbread. Everyone was pleased with their meals, and the desserts were fantastic as well. We enjoyed the lovely glass-fronted room overlooking the river, and the staff were friendly. Our husbands were happy with the beer selection as well. This restaurant is definitely a must-visit, and we highly recommend it. We are looking forward to trying their Sunday roasts soon."
