"a warmly recommended address by the red guide and we trust him quite often. On the service side: impeccable, it’s clean, rather fast, with a young and dynamic team at the service, they are smiling, with humor, it’s light and pleasant. On the kitchen: noble products, well worked but I must admit that we missed a little thing... the tuna was very good but lacked a bit of peps, the cannette was lacking of salt... the dessert tarts were also cruelly lacking relief for our taste buds, but I recognize that there was some research and that the dressages were very pretty. By tale, the black point, which probably ruined much of our gustative experience is the heat!!!! a stifling heat, not a breeze of air, not a fan in spite of 2 clims in the well-presented walls but which have remained permanently extinct despite the fact that we have reported our discomfort from this heat. So yes, in 2023 we are all eco-friendly and air-conditioning it consumes energy, but fans are required so that the room does not exceed 25 degrees. our rating has 4 stars is slightly overwhelmed but 3 would have been too hard."
