"First of all, gagnaire stone is a sublime restaurant that deserves its three stars, eats very well and the service (and the note) are in conformity with what can be expected from such an establishment. It's up to you. It was the third time I went there, but now the experience is a bit confusing and frustrating for me. We were 6 at the table and this one was barely large enough to put all the dishes that accumulated on it. It gave a very unpleasant impression of whipping. the menus had dishes presented at the same time, too many different flavors. So the quantities were low (normal in such cases) but we don't have enough time to immerse ourselves in the flavours. I like less dishes but more generous portions. I couldn't follow where the chief was going to take us, and I didn't hold it. I went out without being able to say houha that dish there was great and I just want to come back for it. I had come a few years before and I still remember the calf blanquette with emotion. There's no. For me the target clientele is too tourist that won't come back so we want to put a full view of it with everything. I personally expect something else from a gastronomic restaurant. For the anecdote we dragged on the end of the dinner and leaving there was almost no one to manage the "good-bye." I like when the chief comes to see the end-of-service clients to share a few moments, that day nothing."

"An unforgettable lunch in one of the most beautiful hotels in Paris where chefs Oliver Piras and Alessandra Del Favero under the aegis of the Da Vittorio group offer a modern interpretation of Italian cuisine, which focuses on the simplicity and quality of the imported ingredients of Italy. On the menu you can also find the famous Paccheri alla Vittorio, inherited from the Cerea House, or the Milanese ribbon made as in Brusaporto. I recommend the tasting menu that best represents Italian cuisine. I'll remember some dishes I've tasted in my life... The selection of Italian and French wines is also excellent. The setting in the elegant spaces of the Hotel Royal Monceau de Fabourg Saint Honoré designed by Philippe Starck for a nearly centennial story is very beautiful. Try it!
