"Second visit to which Valencian cooks and the experience has been even better than the first. must be booked and taken into account and two fundamental things: the first is to go without any hurry because she works almost alone to cook and attend to the commands and the second the timeliness, not to be late or too early. In our case we showed up an hour earlier, the place was still closed and although valentina kindly offered to let us sit on the terrace and put on a few spritz, we prefer not to bother her while riding the tables, take a walk around the area and return to the agreed time. While we were going with the dishes to ask already in mind, we had to change our minds by not having several of the things we wanted (possibly by the transport strike) so we let ourselves be advised by it and it has been a success. to begin with, the spritz of rigor accompanied by a few pieces of complimentary pizza, as the Italian tradition of the appetizer sends. from the entrance the very riquoise with dried tomatoes in oil and focaccia, very fresh and perfect for the day of sun that it made. We were going with risotto win but there was not the one we wanted, so valentina suggested a pizza alba, which turned out to be incredibly rich, a balanced mix of flavors but without losing the lightness, we loved it. the previous time we had ordered gnocchi to the pesto, but today there was no such sauce, we have changed it by a bolognese also by suggestion of valentine. the gnocchi were as fine and tender as we remembered them and the salsa very tasty (although the pesto drips us more). We could have left it there because it was enough food for 2 but we encouraged ourselves to ask for dessert .and so rich sounded what had in a letter that we asked for 2 desserts to share: the already mythical pie haveina of chocolate, blunt and delicious, with a ball of cuffed ice cream and the misu, an invention of the house that are 2 chocolates of tiramisu inside an express coffee, something different but that got us a lot too. if to the combination of delicious food, the sunny terrace and the great attention of Italian valentine doc, very friendly and of character) we added the environmental music with the best of the 80s and 90s, the sum is a more than pleasant visit, a moment of peace and relaxation of those that are so necessary in these times of haste. There will certainly be a third very soon."

"We recently visited Villaviciosa(Asturias) for our Easter break, in our first night we were told to go and eat at this new restaurant. It was a Tuesday night so it was not too busy, but busy enough compared with the restaurants around which it was...a good omen. We started by sharing some of their starters. Our first dish was Navajas a la sarten(Pan fried razor clams), It was sublime, I guess they are in season because they were meaty and very very tasty, no fuzz about, just a bit of garlic and some parsley, I'm not kidding you when I say that I could be eating them all day long. After that we venture with the Pastel de merluza, salmon y langostinos (Hake, salmon and prawn pie), it's very nice, but not a pie in the British sense of the word. it's meant to be eating on crackers which it makes it perfect for sharing since the portions are very generous. We also had the Calamares (Crispy fried squid), this has nothing to do with what you get in the UK, this squid was meaty and tender and the crust was very crispy without been oily or soggy (We had some other squid in other restaurants but none was better than this one). For our mains we chose two Cachopos de ternera con queso y jamon(Veal cordon bleu) and the vegetarian counterpart, Cachopos de merluza con ahumados( Hake cordon bleu with smoked cheeses this dishes were huge, not kidding, I would have preferred to share two of this dishes instead of ordering three, cause each one of them it's a meal on its own. Desserts were classics of the area, cheese board and the rice pudding, both prepared very well.We even got a round of Orujo (which I've been told is like an Spanish grappa) for all of us. I would highly recommend this establishment to anyone visiting the city, just be aware that the portions are very generous and order slowly rather than everything at once."

"This merendero is located in the parish of quintueles, belonging to the council of villaviciosa. If you don't wear gps it will be hard to get the first time. It's one of the ginger and one of Villaviciosa's. Once there, it has a large parking and playground for children. Apart from the inner dining room, they have tables on a terrace, and in a pleasant meadow with trees. There's also a tent. the environment is beautiful and with beautiful views. This restaurant has the grilled plus. ideal for meat lovers. As usual in the meringos in cunnings, they do not serve you at the table. First, you make your order, you pay and you take the drink. Then they'll be calling you to pick up the dishes as they're coming out. This year, it is requested in a bar enabled on the outside, near the tables, which facilitates to carry the dishes, and above all, the waiting line is to the open air, very to thank in these pandemic times. To emphasize that isidro grill admits reservations on the outside. The other meringries I called, they didn't admit. In the summer season these sites are filled, so besides booking, I did it at an early hour. That allowed us to change the table that was in the sun, and enjoy shade under a tree. as there were still few people, the wait was brief to eat. We order potatoes with rich goats and with a lot of sauce, as it should be, and a mixed grill of meat with matachana morcilla, Creole chorizo, veal churrasco, pork ribs, lemon chicken and other meat that I do not remember. It says it's for ò people. I'd say it could be even for us, that we were just couldn't with her. It's half of us. He's got a side of chips. We would have loved to try a dessert, but after that super barbecue, we had nothing else. It's one of the meringries I've met this summer, and I'll be back to it, but with my reservation and first thing."
