For one reason or another I couldn't order from my usual Chinese this eveningMy usual favourite, wonderful Chinese.

Ordered two meals from this restaurant, no taste to both meals, very blan, watery waste of money straight in the bin.. never again!

Tried this on recommendation, but a bit underwhelmed by the food, and service. For the price, I expected better. As Indians go, it was about average. Not Bad, but not that good either. Speisekarte ansehen

I absolutely adore this restaurant - it's always a delight to visit and the food is truly fantastic. I have sampled a variety of dishes and have enjoyed each one immensely. In my opinion, it serves the best curry in all of Kings Cross. Living nearby, I can confidently say that this is true. From Debbie and Dave.

What a great little Find! I was craving Indian food so took a wander around London before going back to my hotel and I came across this place. Veggie options are plentiful and the curries are delicious you can really taste the complex flavours. I'm a massive spice fan so it was nice to have a hot curry that wasn't shy on actual flavour. I'll definitely be back.

In spite of the bad reviews, that was not our experience. This was very close to our hotel and we ended up going twice. My wife does not eat meat, so we tried the Tandoori Salmon, which we both enjoyed very much. We also had a vegetable Pasanda which was very nice. I can't remember what we ordered the second time, but the got the salmon again, and a couple of other dishes, and they were also very tasty. Speisekarte ansehen

While in London for personal reasons and staying in the area, I was in the mood for Indian food. The service was friendly, the food was good, but they didn't serve alcohol. Luckily, I was able to buy a beer from a nearby store to enjoy with my meal. A gentleman who had ordered takeout during the week came in while I was there and recommended the restaurant, even though it was not very busy. The masala sauce was a bit more liquidy than I'm used to, but it paired perfectly with my pilau rice. The staff was very attentive, and I would definitely return when I'm next in town.

Booked through open table, supposedly half price but works out to cost exactly as the 3 course offer as displayed outside. It is a small place with about half a dozen tables what I assume to be a very small kitchen that only prepare one dish at a time. The wait for everyone was unbearably long even for people who had pre-ordered for collection had to wait 40+ minutes. The poppadoms were okay but after that it was all downhill. Vegetable Biryani was made with frozen vegetables tiny pieces of green beans cauliflower, carrot sweetcorn with rice very harsh flavours like the spices hadn't been cooked out. Other curries in the group were equally hotter harsher versions of you would normally expect...

The four courses included a poppadom, a starter, a curry, and nan bread. The poppadom was disappointing as it was cold and stale, and only came with two accompaniments - a spicy yogurt and mango chutney. The onion bhajees for the starter were freshly cooked and tasty, but the accompanying salad was not fresh as the cucumber was starting to turn brown. The Chicken Korma was generous, hot, and delicious, and the nan bread was also good. The service was quick and efficient. I was disappointed to find out that they did not serve wine, although I later noticed they had lager in the fridge, raising questions about their drinks license policy.
