"We ordered a glass of prosecco as an aperitif and it was the smallest pour I have ever experienced. We also ordered a bottle of red which was fine. For the meal, we shared the duck tagliatelle with a side of spinach and the lamb with a side of fries. Both were very good though not sure worth the price (I’m comparing to Manhattan, mind you). Not sure I would recommend overall given the service, somewhat overpricing, and stuffy atmosphere."

The service is the best thing about 5&33 besides the interior, which justifies the price. The food is good and the plates look wonderful. Do think the truffle pasta could have been a bit more flavorful.

great bar with funny cocktails. great interior design with very cool art. the dinner menu is limited, but we enjoyed our entrees. we chose the lamb and the escapes that were really. the spaghetti with lobster was quite bland.

amazing interior design! top location next to the main railway station! I visited the bar with a group of people. the personal was nice and friendly, although the waiting period was quite long, even just to get a beer! tipp: when I was there, I decided to explore a bit and found a gallery of interesting paintings below.

I typically write reviews on trip advisor when I am delighted by the food and service. This is a rare exception where quality of the food and the service were well below average especially for rather pricey menu. Not much good to say about this experience. In addition it was extremely loud due to the pounding music from the adjacent bar. Certainly numerous restaurants in Amsterdam that are better on all fronts.
