"The food at this restaurant was truly terrible. I have visited the branches in Eastbourne and Hove many times over the years, so I was disappointed when they closed. My partner ordered a dirty Linda and frickles, while I ordered a triple B pink burger and poutine fries, as I love both of them. However, when the food arrived, my burger was not very warm and the bottom bun fell apart because it was so soggy. The poutine fries were cold and the gravy had congealed. The frickles were freezing cold, even though they were supposed to be deep fried. My partner ate her dirty Linda because she was hungry, but I had to send back the other three items to be reheated. We had ordered using a QR code at table 14 and paid with Apple Pay before the food arrived. It was a total waste of £29 for two burgers and two cold sides. It's a shame because the other branches used to serve great meals. Maybe that's why they closed down. We quickly finished the finally warm food and left, regretting that we hadn't gone to Burger King instead. I hope they improve their in-house dining experience or focus on becoming a takeaway with fresh, warm food. I would never recommend this place."

Sat outside in October as the evening was great. served by a great waitress who explained the menu and took our order. loaded fries, kim jong wang wings and a mix of patties. all so so so so tasty

I used to frequent the Hove location before it relocated here. They consistently serve delicious burgers and appetizers with generous portion sizes at decent prices. The music selection is always great and the staff are always friendly.

7 bone used to be great food but now it’s sadly not. The banoffee milkshake was amazing but the burgers were average. The buns are bulk standard and not even steamed or toasted. The chicken wings were awful! The masala chicken taco was a joke! Such a shame.

I came here hoping to try a decent burger however, this did not happen. When I entered I was handed the express lunch menu as an option- something cheap and cheerful- However, however after ordering the Prince Charles burger I didn’t expect to get the thinnest of patties and whats seemed to be the smaller of burgers. It’s seriously kids sized and it should be advertised like this. The burger patty was so thin and the bun so small you’re not getting much at all and end up eating mostly bread and French fries. We used to be regular customers at the now closed branch in Hove so we expected good things. The waitress seated us at a very small table for 2 and told us that ordering is all the app as its easier for everyone. It was not easy for us. The menu descriptions on the app do not match those on the hard copy menu. We had catch the attention of a member of staff 3 times for help locating menu items on the app. One example is chicken skin halloumi fries, on the app as Buttermilk/ch hallos.
