"We went here for a Saturday lunch time. Under coronavirus restrictions now, all waiting staff have to wear masks and the tables are sensibly spaced apart. This is my second time visiting this restaurant, and the food is so good, I wanted to leave a review. The menus were on single paper sheets. I chose a starter of artichokes on a mustard bed/coulis, delicious. My main course was cod in garlic and olive oil, an indulgence for me, but I'm not going to find it better anywhere else but here. My Mum had chicken with vegetables, and my Dad had steak, for the first time in 20 years, after a friend had recommended to try it here at Flati. Dad said it was excellent, and there were empty plates all round. This restaurant consistently serves great food, it is always such a high standard. The restaurant is situated on the edge of the town of Loja in Granda province. It is quite hard to spot from the side of the road, but do make the effort to search it out."

"No lo conocía, excepto por referencias de la red. Lo probamos y repetimos un día y medio. todo absolutamente en su punto y un servicio y atención muy agradable. los precios muy altos a la calidad. las alcachofas, el bacalao (sleep y taco confeccionan el espárrago con huevos rotos, las picas del cordero, espléndido y otro para el solmolo. todos los productos de la zona. tienes que dejar espacio para los postres (pions, tiramisu, crema tostada, el tocino del cielo, muy bien hecho y sin nada para envidiar a los aranceles, el pastel de queso, ... . fuera del menú nos han servido algunas almejas con un toque exquisito picante. vinos recomendados, ya sea rojo o ribera muy agradable de beber. insiste en que pongas aceite en remojo."

"We stopped to eat by chance during the trip, and we couldn't get more right! Spectacular food, large portions and the best value for money. Also, if you go with your pet you can eat inside with the air conditioning, since they have some tables so you can eat with your furry (if there is space). We couldn't enjoy them because it was full inside, but we ate outside with the dog and they put fresh water on it. It's nice that there are places like this! The decoration is very beautiful. "Todo exquisito, carnes de primera calidad y el ambiente muy agradable. Nos dejamos recomendar por el personal y fue todo un acierto. Nos pedimos para compartir una ensalada de tomate y queso feta y un revuelto de setas con espárragos y jamón (lo aconsejo 100% . Para mi fue ternera con revuelto de ajos, que fue acompañada de patatas y pisto, la carne al punto y muy sabrosa. Mi pareja se pidió paletilla de cordero, acompañada de pisto y de patatas, le encanto. De poste nos pedimos tarta de queso y natillas caseras de coco, aconsejado también por el personal. Merece la pena al 100%, cantidades perfectas para disfrutar de la comida y especialmente la carne esta deliciosa, sin ninguna duda repetiré para probar otras cosas de la carta."
