"There is absolutely nothing to say about the level of the kitchen. Good. If I had to evaluate only this, I would definitely give 5 stars. However, in a restaurant of this level, there is an extra march towards the customer. My fiancée is celiac, which we made present at the reservation (from 5 days in advance. ) at the time of order, we understood that information on food intolerance had not been taken very seriously. a nice basket of bread was brought for the three non-Celiac commensals and absolutely nothing for my celiac fiancée. Not even a package of industrial grissini! certainly we did not expect gluten-free bread made in the house, but at least a package of creker or something packaged, of course yes. in much lower level restaurants than this are brought at least two bread/grissini and the like (all industrial). it would have been really little enough and there is no excuses because of the crowd (it was Sunday evening and we were 4 and a table of 2, so 6 covered). the result of this disinterest could seem negligible, but in reality a discontented and disappointed commensfaction makes the dinner less pleasant also for others. These are the details that make the difference, especially in a restaurant that has the potential to be one of the best vice versa. the same discomfort of the bread was presented in case of dessert for which no gluten-free variant had been foreseen (except for removing the pieces to a dessert). Fortunately they noticed at the end that one of the desserts does not contain gluten and that, being the only integral choice available, was ordered (the least good thing we tasted). the score I propose, even if it seems to underestimate the level of the restaurant, is what I feel"

This is a place to go if you are looking for nouvelle cuisine and very fine dining. The chef did an outstanding job, and the meal was indeed memorable. Service was excellent as well. The ambiance is somewhat dated and could use a refresh, but acceptable. The outside is almost depressing, but the meal awaiting you inside should keep you going! Be prepared, it is not cheap.
