we were looking for a great restaurant on roma and we chose to follow only the instinct: we were largely repaid. we took the nine-course degotation menu, with wine matching. it was a succession of surprising flavors, and wines to drink accompanying actually exalted the dishes. was more than a lunch: It turned out to be a journey, an experience. the service was impeccable, and the attention to the customer was such that there was not even need to ask, they already knew what we needed. the chosen menu decidedly plentiful, the price balanced with respect to quality, service, quantity offered. the restaurant, finally, is elegant and refined, also in this case treated in detail.
