"We had Sunday set menu . We both had parma ham wrapped asparagus with poached egg . It was beautiful , we both agreed it was one of the nicest starters we have ever had . Mains were both also very good. Staff helpful and professional . The restaurant is quite cosy with a lovely view from most windows. Our table looked onto a shed which didn't spoil anything but for the sake of ambience , I would have it moved ."

Not too crowded on a Saturday morning. Wifi didn't work which was a bummer, but the coffee was good.

I did like the relaxing vibe at the new Absurb BirdOpen booth seating for the couples and larger tables for the groups and couples.

We married here 13 years ago and the food was amazing then went back to celebrate our anniversary and was very pleased to have an excellent meal. Will be back soon. Good value for money and the best food ever. Very recommended!

The food and service at this restaurant were outstanding. It would have been beneficial to have more staff during busy times. Additionally, the carpet could have used a vacuum at the end of the evening, as there was still food on it. The seating area also needed attention before we came in for breakfast.

My spouse and I had our wedding at this restaurant 13 years ago, and the food was fantastic. We returned to celebrate our anniversary and were thrilled to have another superb meal. The food was of very high quality, although it was from the solid menu, we have dined as part of a groupon coupon stay. The hotel was pretty busy for the time of the year especially couples, but it didn’t seem to be many employees that the lady receptionist ended with supplying food and clearing tables to help employees. Overall it was a pleasant experience

The food at this restaurant was exceptionally good, even though we were limited to the fixed menu due to using a Groupon voucher during our stay. The hotel was quite busy for the season, with mostly couples dining. However, there appeared to be a shortage of staff as the receptionist had to help out by serving food and clearing tables. Despite this, our overall experience was enjoyable.
