I had lunch today in this nice place with professional staff but my tagliatelle with vegetables were weird. good vegetables. I put three stars as my wife found a good tripe. They're not the ones of the past.

"we stayed Saturday night at this restaurant and we found ourselves very well! the place is very cozy and nice, and the friendly and kind staff. As soon as we arrived we were brought a glass of prosecco, a nice welcome I would say! the menu is very varied, you can find everything: appetizers, first, second, burger, pizza... We took a mactarello appetizer, which is for two people, a carbonara, gnocchetti to the purple potato, macaroni with pesto, tomatoes and pistachio and finally a gourmè dop pizza with addition of raw. and of course it could not miss the sweet, a beautiful millefoglie alla crema chantilly e panna e un semifreddo al pistacchio! I have to say that we ate well and in a beautiful atmosphere, we will return!"

"He served us a very kind and professional guy. the restaurant is very characteristic and medieval. we took an appetizer of cheeses with jams made by them (one more good than the other,) wild boar ragu pappardelle, duck breast, purple potatoes, a cheescake and a chocolate tortino all accompanied by water and a glass of wine. exquisite food and quality, homemade bread from them and served hot. paid in total only sins the tiny cheescake."

"this is the best dinner we ever had in perugia. if they ever come to visit this city, they have to go there to try their food. when we sit, they serve us champagne and bread. immediately after that they serve us cold suppee. that's before we even ordered our dinner. our dinners were perfect! we didn't want to have a heavy meal, and we like to share our dishes. they separate each one in two. see photo) so my friend and I did not have to separate it myself. at the end the chef, the owner, drove us back to the hotel. we have so wonderful experience at this place that we come back to italia to eat here!"
