Andrews Fish - Speisekarte

This has got to be the best fish n chip shop I've ever been to in 58 years, its worth travelling to.

Besides it being pricey, I would recommend it can't go wrong really, it's a decent fish and chips staff are always friendly and quick 9/10 (gave it a 9 because of inflation)

Awful meal. Cod and chips, barely any fish in hard chewy batter. Large chips barely enough for one. Expensive meal which was very very poor quality. Definitely won’t be returning. Speisekarte ansehen

After hearing this was the place to go for great fish and chips i can only say i was very dissapointed. Soggy batter and chips were just that chips of potato. very few whole chips. We will not be returning.

Purchased fish chips, charged £8.50 just for the fish was the worst fish I’ve ever had from a chip shop, all batter with the thinnest bit of dried chewy fish! Extortionate Very disappointing definitely not going back!

The Fish and Chips are pretty good, but one time I got gravy and chips with a sausage. The gravy was absolutely appalling. It just seemed like corn flour and water with brown colouring and salt. It was horrible and totally ruined the food. I expected better for the price. Speisekarte ansehen

This is a typical chip shop serving what you would expect. The fish and chips were delicious and the staff friendly and helpful. You have to pay extra for the view in the photo! I have visited this restaurant multiple times and have enjoyed delicious meals in the past. However, my experience tonight was disappointing. The fish was severely overcooked, the chips were cold, and they were not even proper chips - just small pieces of fried potatoes. I will need to carefully consider whether or not I will dine here again.

Called in at 17:20 on Tues. 30 April for Cod, chips twice and curry sauce. Came in a nice box, so we took them to eat by the canal. What a disappointment! The fish was dry and the batter was hard and overcooked and seemed like it was leftover from lunchtime. We paid £23 for something uneatable.
