We chose this trattoria convinced to taste the true Parmesan spirit, but for us it was not like this. I don’t feel like giving a bad judgement but I found this cold and unfriendly, somewhat impersonal place. Non-economic price. In short...... “sni “.... He didn't convince me.

pleasant location, in the countryside, taste of inn but quite elegant and formal. Medium level service, a little slow. I had the pleasure of trying this restaurant for Sunday lunch. The summer menu is well-kept and has very interesting proposals, ranging from typical dishes such as meat appetizer, fried cake and gardener or herbal tortelli, to other more sought after such as caramel eggplant or octopus. Friendly and attentive service. Price in line with the quality of the dishes. Absolutely recommended to those who love tradition but do not disdain a touch of creativity.

stop by returning home, you sleep in a beautiful house near parma and you decide to dine here. great advice received by a person who knows these places well. perfect dinner in a quiet and highly professional environment. dishes of great class and of great taste. excellent choice between appetizers, first and second. and, strange to say, excellent desserts too. If you spend here book and stop at dinner, it deserves!!! ! Congratulations to the staff, to davide, and to the lady who welcomes guests at the entrance.

This unassuming trattoria is worth a detour despite its location in a tiny hamlet out in the middle of nowhere. The family who run it have transformed it from a simple trattoria into a real restaurant where the food is of excellent quality, traditional but with some modern or fusion touches updating the menu (for example a roast chicken served with non-traditional, sophisticated curry sauces). We were very impressed with a tasting menu of parmigiano reggiano cheeses at various ages paired with two jam/chutney compotes, and the 30 month aged raw prosciutto ham. Spectacular desserts as well.
