eat nicely at a reasonable price. friendly staff and relaxed atmosphere. had gravitadlax as starter and chateaubriand x2 for pornstar. bee for finishing the meal. highly recommended.

The only positive I can say is the staff are lovely. Atmosphere is absent, minute GF option food was bland and unattractive. It was all a bit, tired and unappealing. Disabled access Dogs not welcome

the cocktail menu is somewhat limited, but the quality is extensive. the cocktail prices are competitive and even better when blue light is applied. friendly service of bar staff to ensure that guests are well maintained and relax. Speisekarte ansehen

Terrible, my Dad ordered a pizza which was basically a frozen supermarket pizza put through a microwave. The tacos tasted OK but were extremely tiny portions, basically 3 dim sum size rather than a taco. Not what you expect when you have paid 10 pounds for it . Wouldn't bother if I were you.

We tried to go before a concert at the arena, even though the manager would have known in advance about the concert there were not enough staff. The chef was even having to carry out the plates herself! We ended up getting a refund for the food we ordered and going to Domino's. The staff on shift did the best they could but were hugely let down by management.

wow. that is not just a hotel restaurant. eating is incredibly and extremely expensive. I had the chicken liver parfait and confit duck with Champ-Mash and red wine jus and would have both again tomorrow. the fact that the hotel guests pay out 30% is amazing as eating was worth a lot more. not a fan when a service fee is added to the bill, as I would rather do it myself. but my server was just perfect. very friendly and attentive. if I lived near, I'd be a strain here. Visited here as was staying at the hotel, staff were pleasant but the service was slow and unorganised and the food was terrible. Ordered chicken wings that came out on a hot plate but were still cold! We were refunded for these and given a free drink. Chips were worse than a cheap takeaway, menu is limited in options so you'd of thought the few they do would be good but it's not. Drinks are expensive here I paid £9.50 for a double vodka lemonade! Would avoid if visiting again.

Reported to trading standards. Did an undercover eat investigation and found out they are sticking and re-selling Chicago Town Stuffed Tiger Crust pizzas that cost £2.50 in a supermarket, at a price of £10.99 at their bar. No mention of the brand of pizza anywhere on the menu, yet this is in fact what they are serving and passing off as their own. Shameful. I've posted the photos below. They are buying the cheese ones and the pepperoni ones and adding their own extra toppings before re-selling at a profit of £8.50 per pizza. Expect a call soon.

It's a shame that I have to give the place 1 star. Went when it was Marco Pierre White, wasn't massively impressed. It changed to Arnold's- lovely restaurant. Quality place, good food, excellent service. Haven't been there for a while so decided to go at the last minute. OH!! It seems ownership has changed. It's more like the equivalent of travelodge for food! 2 staff serving at a peak period. 1 till point. Staff clearly have no experience. Food took FOREVER!! Don't even serve coffee! They went and got coffee from a machine in the hotel!! Brought mains and starters at the same time. Brought soup without a spoon!
