What a lovely lunch! We sat outside as the weather was nice! The service was very good and we loved both paellas. Such a good surprise!

Excelente sitio para disfrutar de la gastronomía valenciana, platos abundantes, el arroz riquísimo, si volvemos repetiremos sin dudarlo .

El espectacular arroz negro y la atención recibieron inmejorables, a pesar de estar en la última mesa en la terraza, no perdimos nada y todo muy rápido. Fue la segunda vez que iba y estaré a salvo.

Reservation via Fork has not been noted there was also no option for making a reservation for a table outside. However after some discussion we got a table outside which was a fair gesture of the staff. The paella was ok but based on the rating of the restaurant we clearly expected more.

We got there about half an hour after out reservation, but the restaurant wasn’t full, and we got seated. We had the eel appetizer and the paella with chicken, duck, rabbit and snails. The paella was good but too salty. The service was good even though there was a language barrier. Overall, it was good, and worth visiting if you’re in the area but not a destination restaurant.

We went there to find the original Paella. The Marisco Paella was very good. We enjoyed it very much. We had reserved a table for lunch, but when we arrived we received only a table inside. On the table were two different wine glasses one with a nick on the base and also to two different water glasses. The table cloth had a hole on one side but it was clean and white without stains. We would go there again because the Paella was very good.

Having visited numerous Michelin-starred restaurants, I’ve become uncertain about Michelin’s standards. There’s a lack of consistency due to the significant differences in criteria from country to country. For example, here, the terrace is next to a dirty river, and bulldozers noisily run across a road spanning the river. As for the food, the locally sourced ROJOS shrimp in the paella were indeed fresh and delicious. However, the other mussels, shrimp used for broth, and fish were excessively salty. The paella rice was supposed to be infused with flavor, but there were off-flavors mixed in that made it impossible to enjoy the taste. The service staff was too few for the number of customers,...
