"Came for Father’s Day. Average food at best. We wern’t made aware of items not on menu until we came to order and had to rethink on the spot. Unhappy sister and mother. When we came to pay we had some vouchers to use which we were told we couldn’t because they weren’t accepting them on Father’s Day. Were we made aware before the meal? NOPE. Good job we had money because other people may not have. Disgraceful really considering our vouchers we redeemed for today might run out before we get back there. Money grabbers. No tip from us. Not going again"

Just taken 35 volunteers from Cancer Research Uk for our belated Christmas do. Olivia hosted us all evening and was excellent. The food was very good and we were looked after well.

This Italian restaurant chain is fantastic! The food is delicious, the kids menu is reasonably priced, and my two boys absolutely love it. The staff is friendly and accommodating, even when we don't have a reservation.

FABULOUS AS ALWAYS! My birthday celebration with 6 friends. We were booked for only 6 but the Manager accepted another 2 of us readily. Menus and complimentary lemonade arrived immediately. I had my favourite starter, mushrooms, my husband had prawns, all dishes lovely. My main, best carbonara ever. Drinks arrived promptly, lovely chilli oil on table…. Just had dinner there tonight and paid by Tesco vouchers .That was the stupidest thing as I gave the waiter my phone to get the code from them .I know I had 3 vouchers £30 ,£1..30 £9.00 .When we got back to our hotel .I checked my vouchers and £9.00 and gone .Checked my receipt,the bill £34.55 and he took all the vouchers .To say I am angry is an understatement.and we paid £3.20 for drinks .All he had to do was ask and we would have paid more money and not loose the £9.00

Very slow service. Took a very long time to be seated which I understand was most likely due to lack of staff and a busy evening. However, many members of staff walked past over and over again without acknowledging us, apologising or thanking us for waiting so long. My father who I was with has a spinal injury so standing was very uncomfortable for him which was making me uneasy the longer time went on. Starters and mains came quickly, but took a long time to get desert menu and then the bill.
