Despite booking a table through OpenTable, the restaurant did not have our reservation on file. Thankfully, there was a spare table available. Other than that hiccup, the service was very good and efficient, and the food lived up to expectations. Speisekarte ansehen

The restaurant had issues with the air conditioning, resulting in the diners feeling a blast of cold air. Some even had to put their coats back on. It is unclear if this was the reason for the slow service, but our starters took 45 minutes to arrive.

Ordered a tonic water with ice and Lemon, was given a warm empty glass so waited for that to be changed. Waiter seemed to be on a different planet and unkempt. Collected empty plates while we were still eating. Needs re training, never happened before but will still be back. Happy New Year!

The staff are very friendly and helpful. The design of the table we sat at was faulty and a drink slid off of the table because the table top is at an angle. Although this caused some wet trouser legs, the staff were quick to help us and replaced the drink free of charge. The food was served hot, but wasn’t full of flavour, and the choice is limited. The staff at the restaurant were incredibly friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, the table we were seated at had a design flaw causing a drink to slide off due to the uneven surface. Although this resulted in some wet pants, the staff promptly replaced the drink at no extra cost. The food was served hot, but lacked flavor and the menu selection was limited. However, there is a new menu on the way so improvements may be on the horizon.

Really lovely food and friendly but not overly accommodating service. The restaurant was pretty much empty when we arrived, and although we'd booked a table 5 days before, we were put on a hastily pulled together section in the middle of the restaurant. We asked if we could sit against one of the cushioned sections (which was easily to keep the kids pinned into) but was told it was booked.... no one sat there during the course of our meal which was frustrating.

Everything was going well, our waitress was lovely and the cocktails were nice. When our food came it was brought over by a different member of staff. We noticed it was the wrong food, we ordered shrimp starter to come with the mains but she had brought over mozzarella sticks (they might have been called mozzarella fingers or something like that). When I mentioned this to her the lady shouted ‘mozzarella sticks’ at me three times as I tried to hand them back. I was a bit shocked and it caused a bit of a scene as other guests started to look over. She then came back with the shrimp and at this point we noticed we had been given regular fries instead sweet potato that ordered so I told her... Speisekarte ansehen
