"Good restaurant. Of the 6 snails, one was empty, so only 5 snails. Meat was prepared quite well. Unfortunately no vegetables, only a lettuce leaf and a piece of tomato. Strangely enough, medium was redder than my medium rare, but still tasty. Fries tasty. Bleu d'Auvergne sauce was tasty but brown. Service very friendly and good. Crème brûlée looked like scrambled eggs with lumps. Profiteroles were tasty. Tarte tatin was nice and warm, but unfortunately the puff pastry was still raw. Very busy and fun because of a party. Just a good restaurant with good food."

"Booked table for tonight. 40 euro for what was a well below what was reasonably expected. Seated quickly. Slight confusion over menu choices as we do not speak much French. My wife had spicy salmon. It came with fries and some poor lettuce. The salmon was very unappetising to the eye and nothing like the pictures on the menu poorly cooked and bland. My ribs came with fries and the same lettuce. You would expect that the ribs would have bones, no only 2 the rest was gristle and the bbq sauce was thrown over what looked like two rib joint ends. We had 2 soft drinks. If this was in UK both dishes would be sent back but with little French reciprocated with no English then we ate and left. I have to say that the staff were working very hard. Don't rush there would be our advice."

"Coulommiers is a busy city of around 15,000 inhabitants in the heart of the Brie region east of Paris. It's also the name of a cheese, a smaller version of a Brie. Unfortunately, "Coulommiers" is a generic name, so they can be produced anywhere in France: there are only 45 cheeses in France that are categorized as Appelation d'Origine Protegée, and Coulommiers isn't one of them. That said, the best ones are made locally.My walking companion and I had returned to Coulommiers after a ten-kilometer walk along the Grand Morin River and on the Briard Plateau. A couple of Columériens recommended the Pizzéria du Moulin, located in a quiet courtyard near the site of a mill dating from the 13th century.I had a Calzone and my friend had a Regina; she knows pizzas better than I do and was enthusiastic about hers; I found mine a little heavy on the cheese and light on the ham and egg. At any rate, both were served piping hot and were generously-sized. My friend skipped dessert, but I had three scoops of sherbet. The check, including a liter of San Pellegrino, a bottle of the house red--a Monte Pietroso Terre Siciliane [60% Nero D'Avola, 20% Nerello Mascalese, 20% Merlot di Sicilia Vignoble], and coffee, totaled €49.00.There is no shortage of restaurants in Coulommiers; check my review of one of the others, the more upscale Les Echevins, also located in the heart of town."

"a good welcome with a smile, a pity that with the fruit juice offered that they give us peanuts I would have preferred a Japanese product otherwise the meal was a real delight sashimis, miso soup, and skewers, ravioli and nems all was perfect asahi and kirin beers fresh to wish and the correct note and consistent with the quality of the products. I really recommend this restaurant it will fit perfectly to people who love this kind of establishment."
