Une andouillette 5 a délicieuse, une planche vosgienne un petit effort avec de bons produits malheureusement baignant dans le gras, échine, galettes de pommes de terre. C 'est dommage, un petit effort de ce point de vue et ce sera bien. Autre petit souci, ne pas annonçer une sauce à la moutarde, quand il s 'agit simplement de moutarde à l 'ancienne ! Service efficace et sympathique !
