No reproaches, whether on the quality, presentation or flavours of the menu. Beautiful rings on the plates! The pace of the dishes was good, and the fact that they are used to having customers who go to the Carrières des Lumières has tranquilized my mother who was afraid we haven't finished eating in time... "We visited this restaurant recently. A beautiful discovery that led to a second visit a week later. Verdict: always as good, with fresh products, authentic cuisine, tasty, creative and neat presentation. We took in the entrance: Vegetable and hot goat and beef emince. Simply exceptional these two perfect dishes, flavours and cooking. The service is warm and of quality, in a quieter atmosphere than its neighbours on the central square of Maussane-les-Alpilles.
