Chef Thierry and his wife Florence today welcomes the Canadian Alsatian for a short stay at home for the holiday season, next week the restaurant will be closed (sniffff), N'Aïko will not have his biscuit in the morning. But they're going to be able to find it for these festive days, we wish them a good family holiday. Do not forget to book your table for the beginning of the year, for us it is done, frog thighs for me and salted turnips for my wife and son.
