"the house from the xvii. jh. is like practically all the houses here lovingly restored. creative cuisine team, which understands to enchant from regional products gaumenschmaus. we have chosen the menu at 33€ and have been able to assemble à la carte free of charge and dessert free. I'm saving myself counting all our foods. but it is already proof of the quality, if one makes friends with one another from the respective food (=primary and main dish). also my dessert has convinced; I have not yet eaten a tart tatin in this form: dressed in a Cidre glass you have sprinkled cold down hot, with the floor of the tart being turned, i.e. over the apples; wow! you should reserve even if you could avoid to the filiale to bidarray (auberge iparla)."

the oak inn: in a bucolic setting you will find a well-kept kitchen based on perfectly cooked fresh products and erected irreproachably. The service is at the height of the kitchen.Break, a good time to spend with family or friends.

very pleasant restaurant, quiet, typical cuisine of the Basque country very good at an affordable price (approx. 20€ hot dish and 7€ for dessert), dynamic and young team, possibility of dinner on terrace, due to the afluence some days think to book!

really delicious and very hearty. a very inventive kitchen. I tested the fresh goat nougat of patrick gil, a mendicating way gravelax of salmon with orange. the agreements were perfect to follow up on a greedy of cabillaud in aaioli crust. the setting on the mountains is superb.

We were nine for a family meal. the opinions were disparate. In general, we ate very well but some dishes were better. the salad with burrata was too oily and the excess of salsa hurt the dish of scallops. The deal was excellent. the extension of the terrace is a hit (it was used to pitchers when we went).

quietly in the greatest Basque tradition this establishment already visited did not nearly to please its guests at all levels.Very well held inside and outside. all close to the church and its cemetery where you can admire it in a green setting of beautiful Basque crosses. these places deserve a stop at the hotel restaurant.

very good reception in an exceptional setting. the card is very varied and very complete. the dishes are original but remain in the spirit "fine Basque cuisine". Inputs, dishes and desserts are excellent, delicious, hearty but all in finesse. the wine list is very complete and one can taste the best Irouleguy wines. Given the excellence of dishes worthy of the great restaurants, prices are contained. Third visit to this establishment in 2 years and always so satisfied! Bravo to the whole team!

What a surprise when arriving at the restaurant, the reservation made at noon for the evening with a young hotel master (I suppose)! hadn't been rated, so no table. fortunately that a young hotel master took the thing in hand, otherwise we could have taken the road to the pitch of roland (place of our lodging). we were placed in front of the kitchen in the passage, a shame for a meal in love! We were able to observe that the premises did not have the same treatment. otherwise the meal was very good, apart from the ice served partly melted.
