"very nice place, the restaurant is made with taste. the reception was disappointed. The boy didn't leave us a card, just a list of ingredients to garnish pizza. The whole tab that doesn't want pizza. The service was pretty fast. Pizzas a little too cooked. the concept of being able to choose the ingredients is pleasant. the dessert card was, she was very attractive. this restaurant can still progress, especially at the service level."

"lunch Sunday 23 January 2022. recommended by the aficionados, we could only follow their advice and so decided to test this rouffach table in our turn. warm welcome, elegant decoration, about 30 places. The chief alone in the kitchen. and his wife alone in the room. I'll be back at 12, I'll be back at 3:00. You must be patient. But he can have more than one! menu at 55 € for an entry, a dish and a dessert: we took on the map. very good champagne with a correct price, 3 amuses mouth gourmet but not exceptional, homemade bread very good. foie gras with spicy docksche and fruit bread: well served and very good. Breton tourteau with algae salad: nice presentation and tasty entry. my foie gras was accompanied by a late-sales glass absolutely divine! then the black prussian beef with its pears and tart rattes, elealot juice, boiled kitchen very well accompanied by a glass of laland pomerol, and for my wife, young roasted calf with juice, sweet potatoes in the county: all in flavor and juice that reveals with the other sauces that the chef is an excellent saucier. slow on dessert, but 5 refined cheeses: correct. We spent a good time, a little long: it is their choice to limit themselves to them both. In conclusion: good table, but there is still work to hope to pick up a star. table we recommend."

"Ein Glücksfall. Wir waren an dem Wochenende in Straßburg und sind für eine Weinverkostung nach Orschwihr gefahren. Nach Beendigung haben wir nach einer Empfehlung für das Mittagessen gefragt und sind letztlich beim Dorfwirt gelandet. Aber was für ein Dorfwirt! Das Caveau d´Orschwihr ist ein Restaurant mit bodenständiger Küche in bester Qualität. Wir hatten eine Lasagne und dazu einen frischen grünen Salat. Geschmacklich sensationell. Die Lasagne gibt es auch im Piemont nicht besser. Das Ambiente selbst ist innen ein wenig dunkel, aber es war insgesamt sehr stimmig und um uns herum saßen nur Franzosen. Die Bedienung war freundlich und sehr flink. Gerade auch für Familien ist das Restaurant absolut empfehlenswert. Touristen verirren sich vermutlich eher wenige dorthin. Schade eigentlich, denn vom Preis-Leistungsverhältnis und in Verbindung mit einer Weinverkostung lohnt sich der Ausflug von Straßburg in jedem Fall und Colmar lag auch noch am Rückweg."

"Wat heb ik samen met mijn vrouw genoten van dit kleine pareltje. Midden tussen de gewone huizen duikt er opeens een restaurant op waar in de setting duidelijk de huiskamersfeer is gekozen. Zeer vriendelijke bediening en als extra service flamberen aan tafel. Dit is natuurlijk spectaculair. De smaken zijn goed uitgebalanceerd. We hebben oprecht genoten en als we weer naar de Elzas zouden gaan, komen we hier zeker terug."
