In the historic Rouffach, the façade of the 3 Columns is an invitation to elegance. It's all home. I loved the aperitif home like most of the guests tonight. The dishes are generous. The exceptional bread perished and cooked by the chef. The foie gras was exceptional accompanied by its homemade fig bread. The fish of the day, a merlu to the top of the associations of flavors. The Williams Pear dessert and pistachio ice finally conquered me. It was good, it was beautiful. The service was very careful. When I think all this is the result of a team of 2 people, I say bravo! A perfect symbiosis.
