Right next to the canal it is very well located for travelers. The service was friendly and efficient. The dinner was excellent. The house wine and local beer went down too well. Great for a casual meal with the family at a reasonable price. A...short stagger back to the boat.

on our canal boat for the night stopped. what a fabulous sound. very friendly staff with English menu that was good. we had salat, pizza, steak and venison and desserts afterwards. everyone was very happy with his meal times and also the excellent service. highly recommended. Thank you.

Just a few feet from the Canal de la Mare, this restaurant greets its visitors with a fairly large terasse. The tables are spaced widely apart, giving everyone the privecy they need/want. Kids and dogs are welcome. The service is great and friendly. The food...was great, nicely presented. I enjoyed the frog legs à la provencale while my husband devoured his Zander fish in no time. The dessert menu was pretty long, making it a bit difficult to choose. We would definetly return and recommend this restaurant to all.

there are signs along the canal de la marne au rhin advertising this pleasant restaurant. we had traveled very much because the restaurants were only a few and very far in between on the canal. the fact that it is m of port du palisance. where we were buried is a bargain! the plat du jour of icy bone, potato salad, desert and a beer was fantastic. we stopped here on Friday in juni for lunch. we sat and after a few minutes the waitress came to our order. there were no menus offered, it was just a record of the day that fortunately sounded interesting so that we both took... it was quite fast and was absolutely delicious it was lemon tagliatelle pasta with a chef swimming in puten, kalb and a kind of bechamel sauce. the name of the plate was bouchée a la pure, and it was really nice. there were two choices for dessert, a baked cheesecake (which we both had) or some chocolate, and that was also very good. we paid and left.
