The Hotel Bären is a 3-minute walk from the market square. Very nice family-run hotel. The breakfast is awesome. Very extensive breakfast with fresh products. Very, very attentive, friendly staff. We have reserved again for next year.

Nach dem Desaster am Mittag haben mein Kollege und ich abends hier gegessen, da wir auch hier übernachtet haben. Die Bedienung war freundlich und schnell, ein weiteres Getränk beim ausgezeichneten Essen war ebenfalls kein Problem. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Great cuisine, everything is freshly prepared. With such good cuisine you think that the prices are high, but you think normal prices with a real taste experience and still normal dishes. Nice and attentive service rounds off the restaurant's feel-good atmosphere. I'll be back. Speisekarte ansehen

The Hotel Restaurant Bären is a bit old, but has a very good central location. The rooms are simple but OK. The breakfast was good and sufficient. The restaurant can be described as an insider tip. So we heard it from locals and tried it straight away. Very good food. There is also great service.

Wir hatten heute Abend ein ausgezeichnetes Essen und einen hervorragenden Service! Das Schwarzwälder Schnitzel war einfach der Hit! Es war gefüllt mit Schwarzwälder Schinken, Käse und Zwiebeln. Die Portionen waren sehr großzügig, und der Beilagensalat war größer als die „große“ Salatplatte in manchen anderen Restaurants. Die Spätzle zu meinem Filet waren hausgemacht, ebenso wie die Rahmsoße. Wir können jedem nur empfehlen, das Restaurant Bären in Freudenstadt zu besuchen.

We were there yesterday on a Saturday because our planned restaurant ran out of space and I'm absolutely happy we ended up here. I'm from out of town, we just ate. In my opinion, the restaurant is really quaint and has a certain feel-good atmosphere. The service was very friendly and quick. We didn't have to wait long. You might think it's a bit expensive, but when you're served the food you'll be proven wrong. It was absolutely great, the salad at the beginning was lush and extremely tasty. A little bit of everything, exactly my taste. The roulade was a dream, the spaetzle, the sauce, everything was great. You can taste everything fresh and homemade with love here.
