expected not much from balloo house, simply because landrestaurants do not often have good vegetarian or vegan options, but I was extreme.

my family lives here and that would be our restaurant. I have always enjoyed eating here and they change the menus quite regularly. it did.

Went for a b-day family dinner. Very good atmosphere, pork belly was fantastic! My daughter loved the kids burger meal, all Desserts were delicious.

this is a beautiful gastro-pube with fine eating in the upper floor. it is in a convenient location for visiting the strangford lough and the kind of place they would.

Went tonight for my dads 60th 12 of use and i have to say the meal was 1st class. Everyone really enjoyed it. The waiter was very friendly and helpful. Will visit again.

perfect meal! the personal was friendly and attentive. the bark cheeks were impossible tender, no knife required! for the petit four dessert, everyone was a joy, good opportunity to finish a meal. will come back in any case!

we had our wedding in balloo 25 years ago and decided to go back for our jubilee, we had a wonderful meal, fast service and very friendly staff, we would recommend balloo house, thank you for a beautiful meal at our special day

6 years to the day we had our wedding reception at Balloo which was fantastic, last night we returned for an Anniversary dinner which did not dissapoint. We had a lovely table in the conservatory a glass of prosecco on arrival, an amuse bouche, mixed bread with tapenade. Then 3 fantastic courses which couldnt be faulted, a special mention for the Pastrami short rib which was amazing. Dessert and cheeseboard. Then finished off with irish coffees and petit fours. We had a fantastic relaxed evening and the staff couldnt have been more helpful and pleasant. We will return again very soon.

we fell after a trip on the land one; two adult and five children (7 years to 10 months) without warning! we sat fast, service was quick friendly, but not intrusive. my makrelenfilets were well melted in the mouth, my better half even sacrificed their diet for an evening without regret. for dessert, chocolate mousse for himself, and crème brûlée for me went a tasty bite. our chicks, who can be smokey, clean up their tellers and make their ice creams to the glass floor. beautiful eating, fresh ingredients, well cooked, beautifully presented by staff who were happy, friendly and helpful. I am pleased that we have visited and we look forward to doing it again.
