I had a wonderful dining experience with the friendliest staff! Although Nargis kebab wasn't on the menu, they were kind enough to prepare it for us. The same goes for the Keema cheese naan; it wasn't listed either, but they happily made it for me, and I loved every bite!

We've been to Bangla Lounge on a number of occasions always had good meals, although the service has always been a bit hit miss. The staff have always been friendly. On this occasion the service was acceptable. They always give you a complimentary drink, usually a Baileys or whiskey, which is appreciated, but, I do think they should ask you, especially if you're driving. I do realise you don't have to drink it. The hot drinks are very limited to a flat or floater coffee.They also cater for takeaways online orders.

I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. The atmosphere was noisy, and one of the staff members was quite rude. While I was enjoying my meal, the barman leaned over me to take my wife's starter utensils without asking. I couldn't believe it and asked him to step away. He then tried to take my wife’s plate, which led me to tell him to leave us alone. It felt like they were just trying to rush us out. I had visited multiple times over the past three weeks, but after this experience, I won’t be returning. I'm headed to Ameena instead. My advice: avoid this place. It’s not worth it. Parking is free for 2 hours, but it costs £3 if you need longer.

When the food arrived, my friend's chapatis were burnt and crispy instead of soft and fluffy like they should be. It was clear they had been precooked and left on the grill for too long—much like how the coffee had been sitting for a while. There were only my friend and me, along with one other customer who also received burnt chapatis, so it was surprising that they couldn't manage to serve fresh food on a quiet evening. They did bring us fresh chapatis at the end of our meal, but it was too late, and we didn't want to eat them or pay for them.
