Nous avons eu la chance mon collègue et moi de croiser la route du bar du musée lors de notre visite à Millau.Un lieu unique où l'on se sent très vite comme chez soi.Nous avons été accueillis en fanfare par l'accent chantant italien de Maria, la propriétaire des lieux. Une très gentille petite dame au caractère affirmé et qui regorge d'histoire et d'anecdotes locales. Nous avons échangé et partagé longuement avec elle et sa fille dans la bonne humeur.Ensuite, le repas était royale. Tout fait maison, délicieux, sans fausse note.
